It was time to start buying a few apps for my iPad and so I decided to do a bit of research which I am sharing here… where is the cheapest place to buy iTunes vouchers and pay with my South African credit card?
I also wanted instant delivery by email – please double check the payment options and delivery methods for the various vendors before making your purchase.
So, eVouchers seems to be the vendor with the lowest markup.

If you want USA itunes in South Africa, then http://www.itunescarddelivery.com is your best bet. They email you the gift card very quickly and have some of the best customer service representatives that you can actually talk to.
